I'm so impressed with Jeff. I've tried two other agents who I was referred to by friends and a former employer but neither were anywhere near as helpful or pleasant to talk. Seeking better advice, I took a chance on Jeff based on strong Yelp reviews. Best choice ever! Jeff listened well to our family needs and very quickly assessed we'd be best off to go with a plan he didn't sell, meaning he didn't earn anything for his time. Then he went above and beyond, spending extra time helping me change my address through the health exchange -- something I'd struggled to do on my own for months! Jeff will be my first call when I need a health insurance agent again and I'll most definitely highly recommend him to anyone who's looking.
